Motivace studentů odborných učilišť ke studiu českého jazyka a literatury

Abstract

(česky) Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci ke studiu českého jazyka a literatury mezi studenty odborného učiliště v Praze. Ve zkoumaném vzorku není předmět český jazyk a literatura součástí závěrečných zkoušek, což představuje výzvu pro podporu studentské motivace v oblasti, která není přímo spojena s certifikovaným výstupem. Cílem práce je zjistit, jakou mají studenti motivaci a s ní spojené postoje k předmětu český jazyk a literatura, a identifikovat faktory, které motivaci studentů k tomuto předmětu ovlivňují. Po metodologické stránce se výzkum opírá o studie slovenských autorů (Ligoš a Holdoš, 2015) věnovaných motivaci ke studiu mateřského jazyka. Výzkum byl realizován prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření v několika ročnících a následných rozhovorů s vybranými studenty. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že hlavními motivačními faktory jsou úspěšné zvládnutí závěrečných zkoušek a získání dobrého hodnocení, přičemž významnou roli hraje osobnost učitele a jeho přístup k výuce. Práce přináší poznatky o motivaci specifické skupiny studentů uměleckých oborů a nabízí praktická doporučení pro pedagogickou praxi v oblasti jazykového vzdělávání.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the motivation for studying Czech language and literature among students of a vocational school in Prague. In the studied sample, the subject of Czech language and literature is not part of the final exams, which presents a challenge for supporting students' motivation in an area that is not directly associated with a certified outcome. The aim of the thesis is to determine the students' motivation and their related attitudes toward the subject of Czech language and literature, and to identify the factors that influence students' motivation for this subject. Methodologically, the research is based on studies by Slovak authors (Ligoš and Holdoš, 2015) focused on the motivation for studying the mother tongue. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey in several grades, followed by interviews with selected students. The research results showed that the main motivational factors are successful completion of final exams and achieving good grades, while the teacher's personality and approach to teaching play a significant role. The thesis provides insights into the motivation of a specific group of art students and offers practical recommendations for pedagogical practice in language education.
