Proces adaptace sociálních pracovníků v pacientských organizacích

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat proces adaptace sociálních pracovníků v pacientských organizacích. Práce postihuje základní charakteristiky neziskových organizací, jejich typologii, specifika jejich personálního řízení a častou formu neziskových organizací, kterou jsou pacientské organizace. Pozornost je dále věnována sociálním pracovníkům v pacientských organizacích, jejich kompetencím a specifikována je rovněž práce sociálních pracovníků v kontextu péče o nemocné mimo zdravotnická zařízení. V další části práce je charakterizován proces adaptace sociálních pracovníků v pacientských organizacích z hlediska jeho forem, fází, nástrojů, faktorů a metod, včetně klíčových aktérů ovlivňujících tento proces. Součástí práce je kvalitativní šetření realizované pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky či vedoucími sociálními pracovníky, kteří se podílejí na procesu adaptace sociálních pracovníků ve vybrané pacientské organizaci se sídlem v Praze. Cílem empirického šetření je analýza podoby procesu adaptace sociálních pracovníků ve vybraných pacientských organizacích, tj. jeho realizaci, průběh, metody a nástroje. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the process of adaptation of social workers in patient organizations. The thesis deals with the basic characteristics of non-profit organizations, their typology, the specifics of their personnel management and the common form of non-profit organizations, which are patient organizations. Attention is also paid to social workers in patient organizations, their competences and the work of social workers in the context of care for patients outside health care institutions is also specified. In the next part of the thesis, the process of adaptation of social workers in patient organisations is characterised in terms of its forms, phases, tools, factors and methods, including the key actors influencing this process. The thesis includes a qualitative investigation conducted through semi-structured interviews with social workers or social work managers who are involved in the process of adaptation of social workers in a selected patient organization based in Prague. The aim of the empirical investigation is to analyse the form of the process of adaptation of social workers in the selected patient organisations, i.e. its implementation, course, methods and tools.
