Tato bakalářská práce předkládá český překlad první podkapitoly ("Dying") šesté kapitoly knihy How to Change Your Mind: The New Science of Psychedelics z pera Michaela Pollana. Součástí práce je doprovodný komentář, který zahrnuje překladatelskou analýzu, popis zvolené metodiky překladu a rozbor překladatelských problémů a posunů, k nimž při překladu došlo. This bachelor thesis presents the Czech translation of the first subchapter ("Dying") of the sixth chapter from the book How to Change Your Mind: The New Science of Psychedelics by Michael Pollan. The thesis includes an accompanying annotation that features a translation analysis, a description of the translation techniques, and a discussion of the translation problems and shifts that occurred during the translation process.
