Logopedická intervence u dětí s obtížným perorálním příjmem

Abstract

This dissertation addresses the topic of speech therapy intervention in children with feeding and swallowing difficulties, focusing specifically on early childhood. The work is divided into a theoretical part and an empirical part. The theoretical part consists of four interconnected chapters that provide a foundational understanding of the issue, covering early childhood development, feeding difficulties, and swallowing disorders in children. The empirical part comprises three chapters, which offer a detailed account of the conducted research and its findings. The primary aim of the research was to determine the prevalence of feeding difficulties among at-risk newborns. The secondary aims included investigating factors influencing the quality of feeding, with a specific focus on oral-motor skills and sensory modulation, and their impact on the cognitive and motor development of children. Additional objectives explored the influence of gestational age and birth weight on feeding in at-risk children, the effects of nutritional deficits on cognitive development, and the interrelation between oral-motor skills in feeding and the level of language and speech development. Disertační práce je věnována tématu logopedické intervence u dětí s obtížným příjmem stravy, konkrétně dětem raného věku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část práce obsahuje čtyři na sebe navazující kapitoly seznamující se základním vymezením problematiky, raným vývojem dítěte, obtížným příjmem stravy a poruchami polykání u dětí. Empirická část se sestává ze tří kapitol, které podrobně seznamují s realizovaným výzkumem a jeho výsledky. Hlavním cílem uskutečněného výzkumu bylo stanovit prevalenci výskytu problematického příjmu stravy u rizikových novorozenců. Dílčí cíle výzkumu se zaměřovaly na faktory ovlivňují kvalitu příjmu stravy, specificky na orálně-motorické dovednosti a smyslovou modulaci a jejich vliv na kognitivní a motorický vývoj dítěte. Dále na vliv gestačního stáří a porodní hmotnosti na příjem stravy u rizikových dětí, dopady nutričního deficitu na vývoj kognitivních funkcí a provázanost orálně-motorických dovedností při příjmu stravy a úrovní jazykových a řečových dovedností. Ve vztahu k cílům práce a v návaznosti na studium odborné literatury byly formulovány výzkumné hypotézy.
