Substituční lečba: Subutex

Abstract

Bakalářská práce "Substituční léčba = Subutex" čtenáře seznamuje s možným řešením závislosti na opiátech, jedním z možných řešení tedy substituční léčbou a preparátem jménem Subutex. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi částí. První část pojednává o protidrogové politice České republiky. V další části se čtenář obeznámí s přístupem minimalizace rizik (Harm reduction), kam se substituční léčba řadí. Kromě cílů, druhů, poskytovatelů substituční léčby jsou v bakalářské práci představeny dva nejnověji předepisované léčebné preparáty Subutex a Suboxone. Subutex, který je v České republice zaregistrován od roku 2000 tedy osm let, po kterých se ze Subutexu jako z řešení opiátové závislosti stal jeden z problémů. Od ledna letošního roku bylo přijato další opatření, jež se s nimi má v budoucnu vypořádat, nese jméno Suboxone. V poslední části jsou představeny zkušenosti klientů. Jedná se o kvalitativní šetření s klienty substituční léčby Subutexem, které si klade za cíl dozvědět se o zkušenostech klientů s průběhem sezení, podmínkami, pravidly u předepisujících lékařů případně jejich porušováním, je=li nějaké. Bachelor's thesis named "Substitution treatment - Subutex" introduces a reader with possible solution of opioid addiction theme, where one of the possible treatments is the replacement with Subutex preparation. Thesis is divided into seven sections. First one deals with the drug policy in the Czech Republic. Next part informs the reader with harm reduction approach in general that includes substitution treatment as well. Thesis presents goals, types and providers of the substitution treatments as well as two lately prescribed medicaments in the Czech Republic: Subutex and Suboxone. After eight years from its registration in 2000 Subutex has turned from being the solution to the problem of opiates addiction. As a result of it a new remedy to deal with these problems has been introduced this January. It bears name Suboxone. The last section introduces into users experience. The thesis looks at the issue from the users' point of view using qualitative inquiry method among clients treated with Subutex. This inquiry tries to learn about clients' experience with the session in general, conditions and with rules imposed by the attending physician, together with its breaching if there is any.
