Úloha radiologického asistenta při vyšetření jater a žlučových cest

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám diagnostikou a vyšetřením jater a žlučových cest, jedná se o téma velmi obsáhlé a zajímavé. V úvodu ve stručnosti popisuji anatomii jater a žlučových cest. Rozdělením do tří oddílů popisuji tvar a členění jater, stavbu jater a průtok krve játry. V další části práce popisuji vyšetřovací metody. Zaměřila jsem se jak na současné diagnostické metody tak i historii vyšetřovacích metod. Jejich indikace, kontraindikace, výhody a nevýhody a radiační zátěž. V neposlední řadě úlohu radiologického asistenta při vyšetřeních a přípravu pacienta k vyšetření. Do vyšetřovacích metod jsem zařadila i scintigrafické vyšetření jater a žlučových cest. In my Bachelor dissertation, I deal with a diagnostic and examination of liver and gallbladder bile ducts. The topic is most extensive and interesting. In the introduction part I briefly describe the anatomy of gallbladder and gallbladder bile ducts. Further I discuss in three sections, the shape and division of liver and gallbladder bile ducts, gallbladder composition and the blood flow thought liver. In the following part, the examination methods are described. I focuse on contemporary diagnostic methods and the history the examination methods. I discuss also their indication and contra-indication, advantages and disadvantages and radiation strain. Last but not least is a chapter about the role of radiologic assistent at examinations and patient preparation for examination. Scintigrahpic liver and gallbladder bile ducts examination is also included inthe examination methods.
