Gender ve škole

Abstract

Cílem práce je získání vhledu do problematiky genderu. Teoretický rámec práce je založen na vymezení pojmů gender, genderová identita, gender mainstreaming, gender a rodina, gender a škola. Ve výzkumné části zjišťuji míru informovanosti vyučujících o genderové problematice na základních školách. Ve své práci se snažím konfrontovat poznatky získané z prostudované literatury a ze školské praxe. Výzkumná část je doplněna terénními poznámkami. V závěru práce je formulováno doporučení o nutnosti dalšího výzkumu v této oblasti.

The aim of my work is obtaining an insight into gender problems. Theoretical framework of it is based on determination of concepts like gender, gender identity, gender mainstreaming, gender and family, and gender and school. Within my research I determine information awareness about gender issues at primary schools. I try to face findings from studied literature with the school practice. The research part is supplemented by comments from the respective field. Necessity of further research in this area is proposed in the conclusion.
