Úcta k životu - právo na život nenarozených

Abstract

Diplomová práce "Úcta k životu - právo na život nenarozených se zabývá problematikou interrupcí z etického pohledu. Problematika interrupcí je nastíněna v širších souvislostech. V první kapitole se zabývám popisem důležitých definic a pojmů. Část práce věnuji také biologickému počátku života, dále pak popisuji historii a přístupy k počátku lidského života. Stěžejní část práce seznamuje s metodami interrupcí a možnými riziky zákroku. Důležitá je také část, která seznamuje s příčinami a okolnostmi interrupcí. Ve své práci jsem se také zaměřila na prevenci interrupce, a tou je právě antikoncepce. V deváté kapitole jsou pak popsány postoje pro-choice a pro-life. Desátá kapitola je věnována právním předpisům v ČR. Souhrnně práce upozorňuje na morální problém interrupcí. Na základě uvedených poznatků, různých názorů ústí práce v závěr, ve kterém se také zabývám jak by bylo možné tento morální problém řešit.

The diploma thesis "The veneration to life - the right to life of unborns" deals with problems of abortions from an ethical perspective. Problems of abortion are described in the broad context. In the first chapter I deal with the description of important definitions and concepts. Part of the work also addresses the beginning of biological life, and describes the history and approaches to early human life. The main part of the work presents methods of abortions and the possible risks of surgery. Important is also the part that introduces tha cause and circumstances of abortions. In my work, I also focused on the prevention of abortion, which is just contraception. In the ninth chapter describes the positron of - choice and pro - life. Tenth chapter is devoted to legislation in the Czech Republic. In summary, the work shows the moral problem of abortions. Based on these findings, different views leads to a conclusion of which I include how to deal with this moral problem.
