Důvody spolupráce s externími poradci

Abstract

Diplomová práce si klade za cíl na základě poznatků z praktické zkušenosti ze spolupráce s externími poradci i vlastního působení jako externí poradce a literatury formulovat hypotézu v oblasti práce externích poradců pro firmy a provést výzkum omezeného rozsahu k tomuto tématu. Na základě výsledků výzkumu vyhodnotit výchozí hypotézu a rámcově zasadit získané výsledky do teorie organizace. Na základě vlastní praktické zkušenosti jak ze spolupráce s externími poradci, tak ze svého působení jako externí poradce jsem navrhl možné důvody najímání externích poradců. Výzkumem omezeného rozsahu jsem zjistil názory respondentů na význam navržených důvodů, který byl vyhodnocen pořadím průměrů bodových ohodnocení. V teoretické části práce jsem stručně uvedl vývoj sociologie organizace a poradenství . K výzkumu provedenému v rámci diplomové práce jsem použil metodu dotazníku s bipolárními škálami. Výběr respondentů nebyl s ohledem na obtížnost získání informací k tématu náhodný. Všechny respondenty jsem osobně znal z průběhu mé profesionální praxe.

The objective of this diploma work was to form hypothesis about external consultant's cooperation. The hypothesis was based on personal practical experience working on projects with external consultants and also being in role of consultant personally. The research with limited extent was performed related to the theme of diploma work. Evaluation of formed hypothesis was performed and the results were linked to the theory of organization. In the theoretical part of the work the history of the sociology of organization and management consulting have been listed and described. Based on personal practical experience cooperating with external consultants and working in the role of external consultant as well I have suggested possible reasons for hiring external consultants. I have performed research with objective to identify subjective opinions about suggested reasons hiring external consultants.
