Abstract

Překládaná diplomová práce Levorucí lidé v dnešní společnosti nabízí pohled do minulosti, kdy se leváctví stávalo rovnocenným partnerem praváctví. Práce se zabývá tématem leváctví a pohlíží na něj z různých úhlů pohledu. Zaměřuje se na přecvičování leváků, ale nejvíce se zajímá o leváky ve školním prostředí. Jak s nimi dnešní učitelé pracují, jaké zásady platí pro práci s levorukými dětmi. Ukazuje mnoho pomůcek, které mají dnešní levorucí lidé k dispozici. V praktické části diplomové práce se objevují konkrétní případy levorukých dětí a jejich práce. Ale také pohledy učitelů na leváky a jejich způsob učení.

The submitted diploma thesis Left-handed people in current society offers the insight into the past when left-handedness was becoming an equal partner to right-handedness. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of left-handedness and regards it form various points of views. It concentrates on the changing of the left-handed people into righthandedness, but it is mainly interested in the left-handed pupils in school environment. The way in which teachers work with them, which principles and policy apply for the work with left-handed children. It shows a lot of of teaching aids, which the left-handed nowadays keep at disposal. Concrete cases of left-handed children and their work occur in the practical part of the diploma thesis. But also teachers' views on left-handed pupils and their way of learning.
