Sestavení vzdělávacího plánu organizace sociálních služeb

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo sestavit dotazník pro analýzu vzdělávacích potřeb pracovníků sociálních služeb, který by mohl být využit pro vytvoření vzdělávacích plánů jejich organizace. Teoretická část práce pojednává o problematice vzdělávání v organizacích. Popisuje koncept "učící se organizace" od Petera Sengeho a obecné zásady stanovení vzdělávacích potřeb zaměstnanců. Dále se věnuje vzdělávání v organizacích sociálních služeb I uvádí zákonné podklady pro vzdělávání sociálních pracovníků a pojednává o teoretických principech sestavování individuálního vzdělávacího plánu a vzdělávacího plánu organizace. V praktické části se nachází údaje z dotazníků vyplněných pracovnicemi asistenční služby pro rodiny s dětmi Charitního sdružení Děčín a nízkoprahového klubu Farní charity Beroun, a vzdělávací plány těchto služeb na příští dva roky. Navržený dotazník byl upraven podle připomínek pracovnic. V závěru práce je uvedena konečná podoba dotazníku. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

The goal of this dissertation was to compile a questionnaire for social workers and heads of social services that could be used to draw up educational plans for their organisations. The theoretical part deals with the continuing professional education in organisations and describes general principles of learning needs analysis. It also describes the legal basis of continuing education of social workers and concerns itself with theoretical principles of continuing professional education planning. The practical part contains the data from the questionnaires filled in by social workers from the social assistance service for families with children of Charity Děčín and openIaccess club of Charity Beroun, and educational plans of these organisations for the next two years. The first draft of questionnaire was changed in accordance with the critical comments of social workers. The final version of the questionnaire is at the end of the dissertation.
