Potřeba supervize zdravotnických pracovníků na jednotkách intenzivní péče

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem: ,,Potřeba supervize zdravotnických pracovníků na jednotkách intenzivní péče". Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a jejím hlavním cílem je rekapitulovat aktuální teoretické přístupy, historii a aktuální koncepci supervize v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Zároveň se snaží komplexně obsáhnout téma klinické supervize a zvýraznit výhody pro zdravotní personál, pracující zejména na jednotkách intenzivní péče. V práci jsou zmíněny také negativní faktory, které na tento zdravotnický personál působí (např. syndrom vyhoření). Výsledky výzkumu jsou shrnuty ve výzkumné části práce. Výzkum byl proveden kvantitativní metodou pomocí dotazníků ve Velké Británii, v nemocnici Queen Alexandra v Porthmout. Dotazníky byly rozdány sestrám, pracujícím na jednotkách intenzivní péče pro dospělé a pro děti. Důvodem, proč byl výzkum uskutečněn ve Velké Británii, bylo získat nové zkušenosti z jiné země, kde je klinická supervize poměrně úspěšně aplikována do praxe v nemocnicích. V diplomové práci byly stanoveno pět cílů a hypotéz týkajících se dané problematiky. Autorka se snaží zmapovat situaci týkající se klinické supervize ve Velké Británii. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty nejdůležitější informace týkající se výzkumu a byly uvedeny možnosti řešení dané problematiky....

This thesis discusses the theme: "The importance of supervision of health workers on intensive care units". This work is divided into two section, with it's main purpose to focus on recapping the theories of supervision, it's history and up to date concept of clinical supervision in the Czech republic and Great Britain. It attempts to incorporate the advantages for the workers on intensive care units. Some negative aspects which may effect the workers, such as burn out syndrom, are also discussed. The second section covers the research component. Authoress decided on a quantitative approach to data collection, using a predetermined list of questions. These questionnaires were given to a group of health workers from Great Britain, specifically from Queen Alexandra hospital in Porthmouth, England. The selected intensive care unit provides a service primaly for adults with some unit provision for children. The rationale for using a unit based in Great Britain was to gain new experience from another country, where the process of clinical supervision has been successfully applied in clinical practise.
