Ošetřovatelská kazuistika pacientky s diagnózou cévní mozková příhoda

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je "Ošetřovatelská kazuistika pacientky s diagnózou cévní mozková příhoda." Práce je rozdělena na klinickou a ošetřovatelskou část. Klinická část je členěna do několika kapitol, ve kterých je věnována pozornost charakteristice onemocnění. Dále jsou zde vypsány základní identifikační údaje pacientky, přehled lékařské anamnézy a lékařských diagnóz. Na konci této kapitoly se věnuji popisu terapeutické péče a stručnému průběhu hospitalizace. V ošetřovatelské části práce je popsána ošetřovatelská anamnéza. Dále jsou zde definovány ošetřovatelské diagnózy, plány ošetřovatelské péče, intervence, které vedou k jejich vyřešení a hodnocení. Cílem této práce bylo popsat problematiku cévních mozkových příhod a zpracovat ošetřovatelskou kazuistiku s ohledem na biologické a psychosociální potřeby pacientky.

The theme of this bachelor thesis is "A nursing case report of a female patient with the diagnosis of stroke." The thesis is divided into clinical and actual nursing-care parts. The clinical part is subdivided into chapters, in which I first described the characteristics of the disease, basic identification of the patient, overview of patient history and other diagnoses. In the end I focused on the description of therapeutic care and a brief summary of the hospitalization. In the nursing-care part, I described the nursing history, futher on is the definition of the nursing diagnosis, the plans of nursing-care and their realization and evaluation. The aim of this thesis was to describe the problematics of stroke and elaborate a nursing case report regarding the biological and psycho-social needs of the patient. Key words:
