Ošetřovatelská kazuistika pacienta s diagnózou Hodgkinův lymfom

Abstract

Obsahem této práce je zpracování ošetřovatelské kazuistiky u pacienta s diagnózou Hodgkinův lymfom. Klinická část zachycuje problematiku daného onemocnění, včetně diagnostiky, léčby a prognózy. Zde se zaměřuji na transplantaci periferních kmenových buněk, její historii, podstatu léčby a komplikace. Podstatný díl práce tvoří ošetřovatelská část. Zde jsou identifikovány a rešeny problémy pacienta a průběh léčby na transplantační jednotce. Cílem práce je upozornit na problematiku ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po transplantaci kmenových buněk, a přispět tak ke zlepšení úrovně poskytované péče.

The content of this thesis is elaboration of a nursing case study for a patient with the Hodgkin lymphoma diagnosis. The clinical section involves the disease description including diagnostics, treatment and prognosis. Focus is given to transplantation of peripheral stem cells, its history, the treatment principle and complications. The substantial part of the thesis is devoted to nursing care. In this part the patient disorders are identified and treated as well as the course of treatment in the transplant unit is described. The aim of the thesis is to draw attention to the issues of nursing care for patients after stem cell transplantation, and to contribute to the improvement of the care provided.
