Problematické otázky překladu českých a ukrajinských právních textů

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je věnovaná problematickým otázkám překladu českých a ukrajinských právních textů. Cílem práce je prostudování jak praktických tak i teoretických aspektů překladu. Ve své práci se zabývám dějinami překladatelské činnosti ze synchronního a diachronního hlediska, část práce se zabývá zvláštnostmi překladu právní terminologie, prostor je rovněž věnován problému existence dubletní terminologii na Ukrajině, součásti práce je také určení překladatelských metod a také stanovení praktických překladatelských rekomendací po překladatele právní dokumentace a literatury.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on certain questions of Czech and Ukrainian legal text translation. The goal of the manuscript is to examine practical and theoretical aspects of the translation. In this work I investigate the history and development of the translation from the synchronic and diachronic perspectives, as well as the peculiarities of the translation of legal terminology in the part of the existence of duplicions terminology in Ukraine. Furthermore, part of the thesis is devoted to defining the methods of the translation and providing practical recommendations for translators of legal documents and literature.
