Praktické využití testu ONO

Abstract

Cíle: Cílem této práce je zhodnotit klinickou využitelnost testu ONO v ergoterapii u pacient po CMP a u pacient po CMP s afázií na Klinice rehabilitačního lékařství 1.LF a VNF. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o postavení ergoterapie v rehabilitaci osob po CMP a o možnostech vyšetření kognitivních funkcí ergoterapeutem. Dále představuje test ONO, jeho základní vlastnosti a jednotlivé součásti této baterie. Metody: Případová studie. Výzkumný vzorek tvoří dva pacienti Kliniky rehabilitačního lékařství po prodělaném iktu s afázií. V praktické části uvádím kazuistiky pacient, záznamové formuláře vstupního a výstupního vyšetření, návrh terapie, průběh terapie a její zhodnocení.

Goals: The goal of this bachelor's dissertation is to explore the usefulness of the ONO test in relation to patients after cerebrovascular accident with aphasia at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. The dissertation is divided into two sections, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part discusses the occupational therapy in rehabilitation of the CVA patients and the ways of examination of the cognitive functions by an occupational therapist. Further it introduces the ONO test, its main characteristics and subtests of this battery of tests. Methods: case study of two patients after cerebrovascular accident with aphasia at the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Practical section contains case studies, data forms of the entry and final examination, the therapy proposal, its course and evaluation.
