Transplantace krvetvorných buněk pohledem sestry intenzivní péče a pohledem pacienta

Abstract

Transplantace krvetvorných buněk je léčebná metoda, která se v dnešní době využívá u stále většího počtu pacientů s nejen hematologickými nemocemi, a která je pro tyto pacienty velkou nadějí na úplné uzdravení. Snahou této práce je přiblížit specifika práce sestry při poskytování intenzivní péče o transplantovaného pacienta a také nahlédnout na vnímání a prožívání transplantace z pohledu samotného pacienta, zjistit jeho potřeby a představy, informovanost a spokojenost s léčebným procesem. Pro získání potřebných údajů byly použity metody kvalitativního výzkumu, především částečně strukturované rozhovory, pozorování a jejich rozbor. V úvodu práce sumarizujeme základní teoretická východiska o problematice transplantací krvetvorných buněk a poskytovaní ošetřovatelské péče. V praktické části interpretujeme, jak pacienti podstupující transplantaci krvetvorných buněk nahlížejí na realitu svého onemocnění, a prezentujeme sesbíraná data ve formě opisu. Transplantace krvetvorných buněk je událostí v životě pacienta, která klade vysoké nároky na jeho adaptabilitu, velmi významnou roli v ní sehrává i rodina nemocného a členové ošetřujícího týmu. V závěrečné části uvádíme postřehy a doporučení, které by mohly pomoci zdravotnickým pracovníkům zkvalitnit poskytovanou péči a také umožnily zlepšit kvalitu života...

In nowadays, transplantation of haemopoietic stem cell is a healing method, which is used to treat a growing number of patients not only with haematological illnesses and offers them a big chance for a complete recovery. This study tries to zoom in on a nurse's daily job, taking care about the patients after the transplantation. The focus is also on the patient alone, the feelings he or she goes through, perceiving and coming to terms with the illness and the transplantation itself. In order to obtain relevant data we needed to find out the patient's needs, ideas, know-how and satisfaction with the cure by using methods of qualitative examination such as partially structured discussions, observations and their analysis. At the beginning of the study we summarize basic information about the broad issue of stem cell transplantation and delivering a nursing care. Practical part consists of clinical studies. We interpret how the patients undergoing the stem cell transplantation face the reality of their sickness and we shows collected data in a description form. The heamopoietic stem cell transplantation is one of those occasions in life of the sick that puts an enormous pressure on their adaptability.
