Rozdíl u terapie ruky u pacienta před a po šlachovém transferu

Abstract

Má bakalářská je pojata jako pohled na ruku tetraplegika před a zejména po šlachovém transferu. Co transfer tetraplegikům přináší, jak může zvýšit jejich nezávislost na ostatních. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je sestavit doporučené postupy při péči o tetraplegiky, kteří podstoupili nebo se teprve chystají podstoupit šlachový transfer na horní končetině. Při psaní mé bakalářské práce jsem vycházela především z praxí v Centru Paraple, dále pak ze zahraničních článků a literatury dostupné v českém jazyce. Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části popisuji historii transferů šlach u tetraplegiků, současné operační postupy, úlohu ergoterapeuta při péči o tetraplegické pacienty. Je zde i kapitola úchopů, kde jsou představeny, vedle běžných úchopů, i úchopy typické pro tetraplegiky. Praktickou část bakalářské práce představují doporučené postupy při péči o tetraplegiky.

My Bachelor Thesis concerns the study of a hand of a tetraplegic before and particularly after a tendon transfer. What does this transfer bring to a tetraplegic person, and how can it increase their independence from others. Purposes of my Bachelor Thesis is to put together a recommendation procedure at care of tetraplegic patiens who underwent or going to undergo the tendon transfer on their upper-limbs. When writing my Bachalor Thesis I relied mainly from practice at Centrum Paraple of Prague, external articles and literature available in Czech language. This Bachelor Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the theoretic part I describe history of tendon transfer of tetraplegic patiens, current operational procedures, role of occupational therapists at care of tetraplegic patients. There is also chapter of universal grips and grips typical for tetraplegical patients. Practical part of my bachelor work represent recommendation procedure at care of tetraplegic patiens.
