Role prvního (re)lapsu v procesu doléčování z pohledu klienta a terapeuta

Abstract

Background: Na podkladě stáže v doléčovacím centru a zájmu o problematiku prevence relapsu jsem za téma práce zvolila otázku, zda hraje první (re)laps v procesu doléčování nějakou roli, a případně jakou. Cíle: Cíli práce bylo zmapovat a porovnat pohledy klientů a terapeutů na tutéž událost klientova prvního (re)lapsu; zdůraznit, že první (re)laps nemusí vždy vést k návratu na původní úroveň závislého chování, ale že naopak může sehrát pozitivní roli v klientově životě i v procesu doléčování; a kriticky zhodnotit současný stav používání terminologie prevence relapsu v praxi. Metody: Všech cílů dosahuji využitím metod kvalitativního výzkumu - dvou kasuistických ilustrací klientek a dvou semistrukturovaných interview s terapeutkami. Veškeré etické otázky byly dodrženy. Soubor: Základním souborem byli klienti doléčovacího centra. Do výběrového vzorku byly vybrány dvě klientky, které prožily v rámci doléčování (re)laps, zpracovaly ho se svou terapeutkou a pokračují v programu. Interview poskytly terapeutky, které jsou v programu jejich garantkami. Výsledky: Výpovědi klientek a terapeutek se lišily jen výjimečně. Otázkou zůstává, zda je podobné vnímání události výsledkem jejich společné práce, nebo zda jsou klienti natolik ovlivňováni názory terapeutů, že je prezentují jako své vlastní. On the background of the attachment in the aftercare center and interest in relapse prevention I chose the question if the first (re)lapse plays some role in the aftercare and what role is it for the topic of my bachelor work. The aims are to map and compare clients' and therapists' views on the same event of the client's first (re)lapse; emphasize that the first (re)lapse needn't to lead to the original stage of addictive behaviour but on the contrary can play a positive role in client's life and process of the aftercare; and critically assess the current status of using of the relapse prevention terminology in practice. (...) All clients of the aftercare center create the basic sample. Two clients were chosen to the sample, experienced a (re)lapse during their aftercare, processed it with the therapists and continue in the programme. The interviews were realized with clients' therapists. The statements of clients and therapists are not too different. There is the question if similar views are result of their joint work or if the clients are under the influence of the opinions of the therapists that they describe an event in this way.
