Pojetí supervize v sociálních firmách v podmínkách České republiky

Abstract

Účelem této práce je zpracování informace o aplikaci a možnostech využívání supervize v sociálních firmách a podnicích pracujících na sociálně ekonomické bázi. V teoretické části jsou popsány teoretické základy principů sociální ekonomiky, podmínky sociálních firem a jejich systém práce se zaměstnanci a ze sociálního hlediska s uživateli. Dále je zde rozpracováno teoretické zakotvení supervize, její druhy, formy a možnosti uplatnění. Empirická část je realizována kvalitativním výzkumem zaměřeným na zmapování současné situace poskytování supervize v sociálních firmách a specifik uplatňování supervizních prvků práce v jednotlivých podnicích. Celou práci poté doplňuje aktuální seznam zahraniční i česky psané literatury, referující o sociální ekonomice, sociálních firmách a systémech práce v rámci těchto specifických sociálních služeb.

The aim of this work is processing of information about application and possibilities of using supervision in social firms and enterprises which work on social economic base. In theoretical part of this work are described the basic principles of social economic, conditions of social firms and their system of work with employees, and with clients if we see it from social point of view. Further there is developed the Theory of supervision, its kinds, forms and possibilities of using. The empirical part is realised by qualitative research focused on mapping of present situation in provision of supervision in social firm and it's specific in each other enterprises. Whole work is extended by the actual list of Czech and foreign literature reviewing about social economic, social firms and the system of work in terms of these specific social services.
