Funkční diagnostika hráček ledního hokeje

Abstract

Název: Zátěžová diagnostika hráček ledního hokeje −−−− Wingate test Cíle: Studie je zaměřena na porovnání antropometrických charakteristik a anaerobní výkonnosti s využitím parametrů 30s Wingate testu u hráček ledního hokeje a hráčů ledního hokeje ve věku 15, 16 a 17 let. Práce má na základě tohoto testu vytvořit obraz o výkonnostní úrovni hráček reprezentace a pro přehlednost tyto výsledky porovnat s těmito třemi věkovými kategoriemi chlapců. Součástí studie je vyhodnocení dotazníku, který měl za úkol získat informace o hokejových zkušenostech těchto hráček. U vybrané skupiny reprezentačních hráček ve věku od 14-26 let (x = 17,8 ± 3,7) byl proveden zátěžový anaerobní 30s Wingate test. Výsledky této skupiny byly porovnány s výsledky tří věkových kategorií hokejistů ve věku 15, 16 a 17 let (x = 14,98 ± 0,81; x = 16,03 ± 0,41; x = 17 ± 0,35). Pracovní hypotézy předpokládaly, že v ukazatelích anaerobní kapacity mezi hráčkami a hráči ve věku 15, 16 a 17 let nebudou rozdíly. Metody: U všech čtyř souborů (žen a 15, 16, 17letých chlapců) jsou vypočítány základní statistické charakteristiky (x-průměr a SD-směrodatná odchylka). Title: The exercise diagnostics of women ice-hockey players - Wingate test Objectives: The study is focused on anthropometric characteristics and anaerobic efficiency comparing with using 30s Wingate test parameters. For the test groups of women ice-hockey players and boys ice-hockey players ages 15, 16 and 17 have been selected. The purpose of the work is forming a picture about efficiency level of women players from the national team and comparing with the results of these three selected groups of boys. The study includes a data evaluation of questionnaire about hockey experiences of women players. The exercise anaerobic 30s Wingate test has been implemented on selected group of women ice-hockey players from 14 to 26 years (x = 17.8 ± 3.7).
