Výchova k poskytování krizové intervence v osobní asistenci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se opírá o dlouholeté osobní zkušenosti při práci metodika a ředitele poskytovatele osobní asistence. V teoretické části nejprve popisuji krizi a krizovou intervenci obecně. Dále se zabývám osobní asistencí a jejími specifiky v ČR, tím, kdo jsou osobní asistenti a jaké jsou podmínky pro jejich práci i tím, kdo se stává klientem osobní asistence. Další část práce se zabývá krizemi, s kterými se lze setkat v osobní asistenci a tím, kdo a za jakých podmínek může poskytnout krizovou intervenci. Na základě těchto údajů pak je v práci pro pracovníky v sociálních službách navržen specializační seminář krizové intervence. Empirická část práce představuje soubor údajů získaných o klientech osobní asistence, osobních asistentech a krizových událostech v osobní asistenci za poslední 3 roky. Poslední částí této práce je vyplněná žádost o akreditaci navrženého kurzu na MPSV ČR.

Master thesis is based on long personal experience in position of methodologist and director for provider of personal assistance. In the theoretical part I first of aU describe crisis and crisis interventi on in general. Then I focused on personal assistance and its specifics in the Czech Republic, on personal assistants, who they are, what the conditions for their work are and who the c1ients of personal assistance are. Next part of my thesis deals with crisis that could exist in personal assistance and also with the question by whom and under what conditions can be crisis intervention provided. Then, based on these data, I suggest special crisis intervention seminar for workers in social services. The empiric part of the thesis represents assemble of data about c1ients of personal assistance, personal assistants and crisis events in personal assistance coUected in the last 3 years. The last part of this thesis is completely filled application for accreditation of the proposed course for Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Cz ech Republic.
