Abstract

Univerzita Karlova v Praze Farmaceutická fakulta v Hradci Králové Katedra farmakologie a toxikologie Kandidát: Hana Karásková Konzultant: PharmDr. Jana Pourová, Ph.D. Název diplomové práce: Současné možnosti farmakoterapie urtikarie Abstrakt Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku urtikarie a podává přehled o současných možnostech její terapie. První část je věnována krátkému historickému přehledu, klasifikaci nemoci, etiopatogenezi kopřivky a metodám vyšetření pacienta. Hlavní část práce je věnována jednotlivým typům urtikárií, klinickým projevům, možnostem léčby a užívaným farmakologickým skupinám léčiv. Na závěr práce jsou zmíněny alternativní postupy léčby kopřivky.

In the introduction, a brief historical overview is provided, followed by the current classifications of the disease, its pathogenesis and methods of diagnosis. The main part of the thesis is focused on the known types of urticaria, their clinical manifestations, the possibilities of treatment and the pharmacological groups used. In the concluding part alternatives of urticaria therapy are mentioned.
