Abstract

V první části této práce jsem společně s Michelem Foucaultem sledoval genealogii moderní moci nad tělem. Je to nový, produktivní typ moci působící na těla a skrze těla. Moderní těla a subjekty jsou teprve činností této moci utvořena. Produkce moderní subjektivity probíhá působením komplexu mocivědění. Judith Butler obohatila Foucaultovy analýzy o temporální, iterativní rozměr této produkce a o nové pojetí hmoty, umožňující jiné chápání hmotné existence těla. Ve druhé části hledám možnosti subverze, tzv. linie úniku z domény moderní moci, jejichž východiskem je tělo a jeho praktiky. Zde se opírám především o dílo Deleuze a Guattariho. V závěru představuji tanec butó jako jednu z možných linií úniku.

In the first part of this paper I followed Michel Foucault's genealogy of modern power. That is a new, productive type of power acting upon the body and through the body. Modern bodies and subjects, in itself, are coming into being by the effects of this power. The production of modern subject eventuates through the effects of knowledge-power complex. Judith Butler added to Foucault's analysis the temporal and reiterative dimension of this production and a new conception of matter allowing a different understanding of materiality of the body. In the second part I'm searching for the possible subversions, co called escape lines from domain of the modern power, which are based on bodily practices. I'm following here the work of Deleuze and Guattari. In the end I introduced the butoh-dance as one possible escape line.
