Zhodnocení zavedení dlouhodobého programu primární prevence do škol z pohledu pedagogických pracovníků

Abstract

Pojetí: Bakalářská práce shrnuje poznatky a praktické zkušenosti s realizací dlouhodobého Programu primární prevence sociálně patologických jevů na základních školách na území Městské části Praha 14. Popisuje proces zavádění programu, jeho průběh a evaluaci spokojenosti z hlediska postoje jednotlivých škol zapojených do programu. Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce je přinést informace umožňující porozumění náhledu, jakým pedagogové vnímají jednotlivé složky preventivního programu včetně jeho přínosu pro školu a pedagogický tým. Na základě těchto zjištění navrhnout opatření, která by měla vést ke zlepšení kvality a úrovně jednotlivých složek programu tak, aby odpovídala potřebám a požadavkům škol. Metody: Prostřednictvím kvalitativních a kvantitativních metod - dotazníková metoda, ohnisková skupina - je hodnocena spokojenost pedagogů se stávajícím programem. Soubor: Do výzkumného souboru bylo zahrnuto 6 základních škol na území Městské části Praha 14. Respondenty tohoto výzkumu byli ředitelé škol, školní metodici prevence a třídní učitelé. Celkem bylo osloveno 95 pedagogů. Výsledky: Evaluace spokojenosti pedagogů přinesla cenné podněty pro další snahu zkvalitnit a zintenzivnit spolupráci se školami, tj. více propojit působení preventivního programu roli pedagogů, více přizpůsobit jednotlivé složky...

Concept: This bachelor paper summarizes the findings and practical experience with the implementation of the long-term program Primary prevention of socially pathological phenomena in elementary schools in the area of the City of Prague Disctrict 14. It describes the process of implementation of the program, its progress and evaluation of satisfaction in terms of attitude of the schools involved in the program. Aims: The aim of this bachelor paper is to bring information that would enable a better understanding of how teachers perceive individual components of the prevention program, including its contribution to the school and the teaching team, and on the basis of these findings suggest measures, which should lead to the improvement of quality and level of individual program components to fit the needs and requirements of individual schools. Methods: The evaluation of teacher satisfaction with the current program in this paper is done through qualitative and quantitative methods - a questionnaire method, a focal group. Complex: The research complex involved 6 elementary schools in the area of the City of Prague District 14. Respondents of this research were headmasters, school methodologists and class teachers.
