Kazuistická práce klienta zařazeného do substitučního programu metadonem

Abstract

bakalářské práce Klíčová slova: metadon- substituční léčba-klient-substituční program- příčiny vzniku Bakalářská práce se zabývá tím, jaký vliv má na klienta účast v substitučním programu komplexní léčby metadonem, kdy má za cíl dokázat pozitivní vliv nejen na klienta samotného, ale i na jeho okolí. Teoretická část se zabývá metadonem, jeho účinky a jeho postupným zařazováním do léčby závislých klientů, nejprve v zahraničí a poté i v České republice. Zabývá se rovněž formami léčby fungujícími v České republice s detailnějším popisem komplexní substituční léčby. Na konci teoretické části jsou zmíněny příčiny vzniku závislosti na návykových látkách. Praktickou částí je případová studie dvou klientů- manželského páru, která podrobně popisuje jejich život před léčbou a během léčby a u klientky jeden rok po léčbě, kdy byla klientka do substitučního programu zařazena po dobu deseti let a končí dobrovolným odchodem z programu na nulové dávce metadonu - klientka úspěšně abstinuje. Závěr práce je věnovaný zhodnocení, zda byl naplněn cíl práce, kdy prokazuje pozitivní vliv substituční léčby metadonem na klienta a jeho okolí.

of bachelor thesis Keywords: methadone- susbstitution therapy- client- substitution programme-causes The bachelor thesis deals with the effect of client participation in the complete substitution treatment programme with methadone, which aims to demonstrate a positive effect not only on the client itself, but also on its vicinity. The theoretical part deals with methadone, its effects and the progressive placing into the treatment of addicted clients, firstly abroad and then in the Czech Republic. It deals with forms of treatment working in the Czech Republic with a detailed description of a complex substitution therapy. At the end of the theoretical part are discussed the causes of origin of an addiction on the addictive substances. The practical part is a case study of two clients - married couple, what describes in detail their life before the treatment, during the treatment and at her one year after the treatment, when she has been included in the substitution programme for ten years and is ending with a voluntary departure from the program with the zero dose of methadone - the client successfully abstains.
