Kvalita života pacientů po operaci krčku kosti stehenní

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice kvality života v souvislosti s operací krčku kosti stehenní. Práce specifikuje pojem kvality života, zabývá se její historií, definicemi a různým přístupem k tomuto termínu. Dále popisuje zlomeninu samotnou, její operační řešení a následnou péči. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které bylo realizováno u nemocných po operaci krčku kosti stehenní, zjišťuji, zda-li u těchto pacientů došlo ke změně kvality života. Kvantitativní výzkum byl realizovaný v roce 2010. Bylo dotázáno 34 respondentů a jejich odpovědi byly zapracovány do této práce a data vyhodnocena.

The thesis is devoted to the issue of quality of life in connection with the neck of the femur. The work specifies the concept of quality of life, deals with the history, definitions and different approaches to this date. It also describes fracture itself, its surgical treatment and aftercare. Using a questionnaire survey was conducted of patients following femoral neck surgery, I find out whether these patients there was a change in the quality of life. Quantitative research was carried out in 2010. 34 respondents were interviewed and their responses were fed into the data evaluation.
