Možnosti hodnocení podélné klenby nožní

Abstract

Nožní klenba jako celek sestává z oblouků podélné a příčné klenby nožní. Snížení či absence klenby nožní jsou nazývány jako plochá noha. Pro diagnostiku plochonoží se posuzuje pokles mediální podélné klenby nožní a existuje mnoho možností, kterými je hodnocen. Jedná se o hodnocení aspekční, hodnocení antropometrických měření, plantografických parametrů, pedobarografického vyšetření a rentgenových snímků. Není jasně stanoveno, která metoda je pro diagnostiku ploché nohy nejspolehlivější. Tato práce se zabývá jednotlivými metodami a jejich přístupy k posuzování mediální podélné klenby nožní, s cílem podat jasný a ucelený přehled všech možností jejího hodnocení.

Foot arch as a whole consists of longitudinal and transverse arches. Reduction or absence of the foot arch is called the flat foot. For the diagnosis of the flat foot is assessed medial longitudinal arch of the foot and there are many options that are evaluated. This is a visual evaluation, assessment of the anthropometric measurements, the podographic parameters, the pedobarographic examination and the radiographs. It is not clearly stated which method is the most reliable for diagnosing flat foot. This work deals with different methods and approaches for assessing the medial longitudinal arch of the foot in order to present a clear and comprehensive overview of all possibilities for its evaluation.
