Abstract

Současné diagnostické metody ve fyzioterapii u pacientů po poškození mozku Tato práce je zaměřena na využití současných diagnostických metod ve fyzioterapii u pacientů po poškození mozku. Zahrnuje problematiku poškození mozku, především trauma mozku, nádorová onemocnění a cévní mozkové příhody, se kterými se ve fyzioterapii můžeme často setkat. Další část pojímá řízení motoriky, na kterou tato práce nahlíží především z neurologického hlediska a obsahuje řízení na míšní, subkortikální a kortikální úrovni. Věnována je zde i oblast problematice stoje a chůze. Na závěr teoretické části je popsána funkce a využití Screeningového testu mobility, který byl využit pro diagnostické testování pacientů po poškození mozku, a přiblížení Mezinárodní klasifikace funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví, kterou jsem se pokusila vyhodnotit na podkladě výsledků ze Screeningového testu mobility. V praktické části se setkáme s kazuistikami vyšetřených pacientů, u kterých byl použit vybraný diagnostický test a hodnocení podle Mezinárodní klasifikace funkčních schopností, disability a zdraví. V závěru práce je uvedeno následné vyhodnocení STM a jeho využitelnost v praxi pro funkční zhodnocení stoje a chůze a dále jeho možné využití jako podklad pro zhodnocení podle MKF.

Current diagnostic methods in patients after brain damage in physiotherapy This bachelor thesis is focused on an application of current diagnostic methods to patients after brain damage in physiotherapy. This thesis includes topic of damage brain problems, mainly traumatic brain injury, brain cancer and stroke, which is often met in physiotherapy. Second part of bachelor thesis involves topic of motor-skill control, which is analysed mainly of neurological point of view. It involves spinal motor control, subcortical and cortical motor control. One section of second part was devoted to problems of stand and gait. The theoretical part was concluded with the description of functionality and usage of Screening test of mobility, which was used for testing of patients after the brain damage. The last chapter of the theoretical part is about evaluating by the International classification of functioning, disability and health using the results of the STM. In the practical part the casuistry of examined patients can be found, the Screening test of mobility and the International classification of functioning, disability and health was used for results investigation.
