Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po trojité osteotomii pánve

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na shrnutí teoretických poznatků, na návrh a provedení terapie u pacienta po trojité osteomii pánve. Skládá se dvou částí, obecná a speciální část. Obecná část obsahuje informace o anatomii, kineziologii a vyšetření pánevního pletence, pánve a kyčelního kloubu, teoretické poznatky o vrozené dysplazii kyčelní, její léčbu a fyzioterapeutickou péči po trojité osteotomii pánve. Speciální část obsahuje podrobnou kazuistiku pacientky po Steelově trojité osteotomii pánve, která byla vypracována na základě absolvovaná praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu (CLPA s.r.o.) ve Vysočanech v Praze, v termínu 9. 1. -3. 2. 2012.

This bachelor's thesis is focused on summary of theoretical knowledge and selected therapy in cases of triple osteotomy of pelvis. It contains two parts. First (theoretical) part of the work includes information about anatomy, kinesiology and examination of pelvis girdle, pelvis and hip joint, theory about congenital dysplasia of the hip, the treatment and physiotherapeutic methods after triple osteotomy of pelvis. Second (special) part of this thesis contains detailed case study of the patient after Steel's triple osteotomy of pelvis. This case report was written on the basis of the practical experience in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague from 9th January to 3th February 2012.
