Arteriální hypertenze se řadí mezi nejčastější onemocnění kardiovaskulárního systému. I přes pokrok ve farmakoterapii a zavedení nových skupin antihypertenziv do medikace je současná léčba a kontrola arteriální hypertenze nedostatečná. Cíl práce: Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit hlubší povědomí hypertoniků o své nemoci, zda dodržují terapii a pokyny lékaře a mají přehled o své aktuální hodnotě krevního tlaku. Byl posuzován efekt antihypertenzní terapie včetně shody lokální preskripce se současnými doporučeními. Metodika: Data byla získána z dotazníkové prospektivní studie. Průzkumný soubor tvořilo 320 náhodně oslovených hypertoniků žijících ve Štětí a jeho okolí. Dotazníkové šetření bylo prováděno od července 2011 do listopadu 2012. Dotazník obsahoval 2 charakteristiky respondentů (pohlaví, věk) a 7 cílených dotazů. Výsledky: Odpovídala polovina žen a polovina mužů. Průměrný věk mužů byl 59let a průměrný věk žen byl 66let....

Arterial hypertension is one from the most common diseases of the cardiovascular system. Current therapy and control over arterial hypertension are not sufficient, despite of progress in pharmacotherapy and introduction of new antihypertensive drugs into medication. Aim of study: Aim of this study was to find a deeper knowledge of hypertonic patients about their disease, their compliance with therapy and doctor's instructions and pacient's knowledge about their actual blood pressure. Effect of antihypertensive therapy was assessed including conformity local prescribing with current guidelines. Methods: Data of the prospective study were collected by a questionnaire.
