Ošetřovatelská dokumentace na jednotce intenzivní péče

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou dokumentací na odděleních intenzivní a resuscitační péče. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj ošetřovatelského procesu a s ním spojené dokumentace v České republice, a dále řeší obsah a vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace a legislativu s ní spojenou. Praktická část je provedena formou výzkumu - dotazníkového šetření. Celé šetření bylo provedeno v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici (ÚVN) v Praze. Výzkum zjišťuje povědomí sester o ošetřovatelské dokumentaci, zabývá se způsoby práce s dokumentací na jednotlivých odděleních a zároveň řeší právní dopady nejasně vedené ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Jedním ze stěžejních bodů výzkumu je zjišťování spokojenosti sester s ošetřovatelskou dokumentací. Výzkum jasně dokazuje, že studium je důležitou součástí prvního kontaktu sester s problematikou vedení ošetřovatelské dokumentace. Dále je možné z výzkumu vyčíst, že sestry jsou v rámci zaškolování řádně informovány o ošetřovatelské dokumentaci a mají přehled i o legislativní úpravě vedení dokumentace a řešení situací vyplývajících z nesprávného zápisu. The dissertation is about nursing documentation in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and resuscitation units of Ústřední Vojenská Nemocnice (ÚVN). The paper describes the development of the nursing process and all required documentation used when completing this task. From a theoretical perspective the paper deals with the content and application of all nursing documentation in terms of the relevant legislation. From the practical perspective the research was completed utilizing a questionnaire approach. The questionnaire was delivered at ÚVN in Prague. The research focus is about getting the information about documentation, how information is interpreted between departments as well as the incidence or impact of incorrect documentation. One of the goals of the research was to determine the satisfaction of staff regarding nursing documentation. The research concluded that clear education regarding nursing documentation requirements is required when the nurse first is exposed to the area. Furthermore the research describes that nurses are well informed about the required documentation during the orientation process. It also demonstrates that nurses are kept informed regarding legislation changes as well as the consequences of incorrect documentation. Key words: nursing process, nursing documentation
