Ošetřovatelská péče a léčba bolesti - teorie a výzkum

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přístupem sester k ošetřovatelské péči o nemocné s bolestí na vybraných jednotkách intenzivní péče interních oddělení. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a výzkumnou. První, teoretická část, popisuje problematiku bolesti, typologii, diagnostiku, hodnocení, léčbu, kompetence sester a etické přístupy k bolesti. Druhá, výzkumná část, je věnována vlastnímu výzkumnému šetření. Na základě získaných informací prostřednictvím dotazníkové metody, vyplněné sestrami, jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny výsledky, které by měly vést ke zkvalitnění a zlepšení ošetřovatelské péče o nemocné s bolestí. This study presents problems of assessment and monitoring of pain. Among other things, the study took into consideration different aspects of nursing care in several intensive care internal units. It is divided into two parts. The first part (theoretical) concerns pain directly, e.g. typologies, diagnostics, assessment, treatment, nurse's role and ethical aspects. The second part (practical) concerns the methods of assessment and monitoring of pain, compares nurse's opinions and the level of their knowledge about aspects of pain. Information for analyses were drawn from the survey carried out amongst nurses. The results of this study will help to improve nursing care to patients in hospitals.
