Edukace pacienta anesteziologickou sestrou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hodnocení kvality edukace pacienta anesteziologickou sestrou. Edukace pacienta je zde posuzována z pohledu anesteziologické sestry. Teoretická část práce se věnuje obecné charakteristice anestezie, definicemi a historií anestezie. Následující část práce se zabývá jednotlivými typy anestezie, komplikacemi anestezie a léky používanými v anestezii. Dále se práce zaměřuje na charakteristiku péče o pacienta před, v průběhu a po anestezii a na specifika jednotlivých částí anestezie z pohledu anesteziologické sestry. Poslední kapitola zahrnuje samotný pojem edukace a význam správné komunikace s pacientem v průběhu celé přípravy pacienta na anestezii. Základem této práce je kvantitativní výzkum názorů anesteziologických sester formou anonymních dotazníků. Zde se sestry vyjadřují ke stanoveným cílům práce. Stanoveným cílem práce je zjistit znalosti anesteziologických sester o edukačním procesu, zda se anesteziologické sestry podílejí na edukaci pacienta před plánovaným chirurgickým výkonem a zda mají anesteziologické sestry vytvořeny vhodné podmínky pro edukaci pacienta. Tyto cíle byly splněny. Jako možné řešení pro zlepšení efektivity edukace by mohlo přispět vypracování edukačního anesteziologického letáku pro pacienty, k lepší orientaci v anestezii a přípravě na anestezii...

Bachelor thesis is focused on assessing the quality of patient education nurse anesthetist. Patient education is considered from the perspective of nurse anesthesia. The theoretical part of this work is devoted to general anesthesia characteristics, definitions and history of anesthesia. The following section deals with different types of anesthesia, complications of anesthesia and drugs used in anesthesia. Furthermore, the work focuses on the characteristics of the patient before, during and after anesthesia, and the specifics of the individual parts of anesthesia from the viewpoint of anesthesia nurses. The last chapter includes the very concept of education and the importance of good communication with the patient throughout the preparation of the patient for anesthesia. The basis of this work is a quantitative research ideas anesthesia nurses by anonymous questionnaires. Here the sisters reflect the stated objectives of work.
