Problémy pacientů s dlouhodobou srdeční podporou

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část je věnována srdečnímu selhání, vzhledem k tomu, že právě pacientům v terminálním stádiu srdečního selhání je dlouhodobá srdeční podpora zaváděna. Dále je popsána chirurgická léčba srdečního selhání a jednotlivé srdeční podpory. Samostatná část je věnována dlouhodobé srdeční podpoře - Heart Mate II. Závěr teoretické části je věnován specifikům léčby pacientů se zavedenou dlouhodobou srdeční podporou. Empirická část práce mapuje problémy pacientů se zavedenou dlouhodobou srdeční podporou. Metodou použitou k realizaci průzkumu byl dotazník. Zkoumaný soubor tvořilo 21 pacientů se zavedenou dlouhodobou srdeční podporou v ambulantní péči. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo v ambulanci Oddělení srdečního selhání IKEM v Praze. Z práce vyplývá, že ačkoli je zavedení srdeční podpory pro pacienty psychicky náročné a ovlivňuje jejich běžný život, většina z nich cítí zlepšení svého zdravotního stavu a zavedenou srdeční podporu vnímají jako šanci dočkat se transplantace srdce.

The theoretical part is devoted to heart failure, given that it is patients with end stage heart failure is a long-term cardiac support implemented. Conclusion The theoretical part is devoted to the specifics of treatment of patients with established long-term cardiac support. The empirical part of the paper maps out the problems of patients with established long- term cardiac support. The method used to implement the survey questionnaire. The studied group consisted of 21 patients with established long-term cardiac support in outpatient care. Reconnaissance survey conducted in the outpatient department of heart failure IKEM in Prague. The work shows that although the introduction of cardiac support for patients and mentally demanding affects their daily life, most of them feel improvements in your health and well-established cardiac support perceived as a chance to wait for a heart transplant.
