Monitoring pacientů denního stacionáře Kliniky rehabilitačního lékařství pomocí akcelerometrů

Abstract

Cílem této práce je shrnout dosavadní poznatky o akcelerometru jako takovém a hlavně o jeho využití v rehabilitaci, v našem případě u pacientů s hemiparézou a zároveň poukázat na jeho výhody a nevýhody při využití v klinické praxi. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsem se snažil podrobněji zaměřit na objasnění důležitých pojmů, jejichž znalost vede k pochopení dané problematiky, jako je práce s akcelerometrem a důležitost zařazení této metody do rehabilitačního plánu pacientů KRL obecně, zvláště pro případy hemiparézy. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil hlavně na samotné měření a monitoring pacientů při předem naučené aktivní činnosti, na hodnocení svých vlastních dojmů při používání tohoto přístroje a samozřejmě také na pocity a dojmy pacientů. The aim of this work is to summarize the current knowledge about accelerometer in general than espetially the possibilities of using this divice in rehabilitation of hemiparetic patients. Give a look on pluses and minuses of using this technology in clinical practice. This thesis is devided into two parts- theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part I tried to explain some of the important key concepts,which knowledge is necessary for the comprehension of our issues and facilitate the use of the accelerometer, its inclusion into the rehabilitation plan of the patients in (KRL) and particulary hemiparetic ones. In the practical part I focused on the actual monitoring using accelerometer,during some learned physical activities of choosed patients, and the evaluation of my own impressions of this instrument and the impressions of the monitorised patients themselves.
