Rituál při úspěšném ukončení léčby závislosti v terapeutické komunitě pohledem klienta

Abstract

Cílem práce je na základě pozorování popsat rituál při úspěšném ukončení léčby drogové závislosti v konkrétní terapeutické komunitě a zjistit, jak klient, který takto ukončil léčbu, tento rituál vnímá. Práce se zaměřuje zejména na to, jaké prožíval emoce, zda a případně jak vnímal své okolí a rituální předměty při rituálu používané. Rituály by se daly charakterizovat jako slavnostní úkony mající svá pravidla a svůj význam. Uspokojují potřeby citových zážitků a spirituality jedince, váží se k tradicím určitého společenství a dávají jedinci možnost se s daným společenstvím ztotožnit. Terapeutická komunita využívá hojné množství rituálů a to zejména z výše zmíněných motivů. Výzkumný soubor je tvořen klientem terapeutické komunity pro drogově závislé, který absolvoval rituál k úspěšnému ukončení jeho léčby. V praktické části byl použit kvalitativní přístup, sběr dat byl proveden formou semistrukturovaného rozhovoru a data byla následně vyhodnocena formou analýzy rozhovoru. Z analýzy rozhovoru vyplynulo, že klient prožívá během rituálu řadu emocí, které mohou mít ambivalentní povahu, v určitých fázích rituálu pak zaměřuje pozornost na své okolí a je též schopný vnímat a soustředit se na rituální předměty a jejich význam. The aim of the work is to describe (using the observation) the rite after successfull finishing of the treatment of drug addiction in a therapeutic community and to find out how the client, who has finished the treatment this way, perceives this rite. The work directs particularly at what emotions he has experienced, if and how he has sensed his surroundings and the rite subjects used during the rite. The rites could be characterized as the ceremonial acts which have their rules and meaning. They satisfy needs of emotional experiences and the spirituality of the individual, they are connected to traditions of a specific community and the give to the individual a possibility to identify himself to the community.The therapeutic community uses a plentiful amount of rites, particularly because of the motives mentioned above. The research assemblage is formed by the client of the therapeutic community for drug addicted, who has finished the rite for the succesful finishing of his treatment. In the practical part was used the qualitative approach, collecting of the data was accomplished from of the semi-structured interview and the data were assessed afterwards by the form of the analysis of the interview.
