Sociálně-ekonomické vlivy na sebereflexi všeobecné sestry

Abstract

Tato práce pojednává o ovlivnění sebehodnocení všeobecných sester na základě společenského a finančního ocenění. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala vysvětlením pojmů sebereflexe, sebekoncepce, sebeúcta, prestiž povolání a sociální status. Jelikož prestiž povolání ovlivňuje mimo jiné historický vývoj jednotlivých profesí, zajímala mě také historie oboru ošetřovatelství. Abych mohla hodnotit ekonomické vlivy na sebereflexi všeobecných sester, porovnala jsem výši finančního hodnocení vybraných profesních skupin v ČR. V praktické části jsem zjišťovala názor všeobecných sester na jejich finanční hodnocení s ohledem na dosažené vzdělání a pracovní náplň. Jejich názor na příslušnost k určité společenské vrstvě. Zajímalo mě také, jak všeobecné sestry hodnotí mediální obraz své profese a co je na něm nejvíce trápí. Také jsem se pokusila určit, co je pro všeobecné sestry nejčastější motivací k setrvání u své profese. Pro svou práci jsem zvolila techniku kvantitativního výzkumu, metodu anonymního dotazníku vlastní konstrukce. Výzkum probíhal v období od 1. 10. do 15. 10. 2011. Dotazníky jsem distribuovala ve Fakultní nemocnici Na Bulovce v Praze, v Ústavu radiační onkologie, na Urologické klinice a na Klinice anesteziologie a resuscitace. This paper discusses the influence of the social and financial awards on the self-assessment of nurses. In the theoretical part I deal with explanation of terms as self-konception, self-respect, prestige and social status of the profession. Since the prestige of the profession influences besides other things historical development of professions, I have been also interested in the history of nursing. To be able to measure the economic effects of self-reflection of the nurses, I compared the amount of the financial evaluation of selected professional groups in the country. In the practical part I have found out nurses' opinion to view their financial assessment with regard to educational achievement and job description and their opinion on membership in a particular social group. I also wonder, as a general nurse assesses the media image of their profession and what is most troubling to him. I also tried to determine what is the most common motivation for general nurses to remain in their profession.
