Dostupnost služeb v péči o osoby s duševní poruchou

Abstract

Téma této bakalářské práce zní "Dostupnost služeb o osoby s duševní poruchou". Předložená práce uvádí přehled o duševním zdraví. Důležitá je zmínka o faktorech, které jej ovlivňují. V neposlední řadě je práce zaměřena na ochranu duševního zdraví a duševně nemocných a popisuje aktivity jednotlivých sdružení, které se ochranou a podporou této oblasti zabývají. Předmětem této práce je duševní porucha, její možné příčiny, stejně jako diagnostika, léčba a negativní důsledky nemoci. Stěžejní částí bakalářské práce je kvalitativně-interpretativní analýza psychiatrické péče v ČR převážně v rozmezí let 1997 až 2009, zahrnující statistické údaje a texty vztahující se k dostupnosti služeb o osoby s duševní poruchou. Dostupnost těchto služeb zjišťujeme prostřednictvím potřeby zdravotní péče v této oblasti. Ke zjištění jsme si vybrali faktor spotřeby zdravotní péče. Práce se také zabývá zdravotní politikou zaměřující se na dokumenty a programy problematiky duševně nemocných. V závěru je popsán současný stav psychiatrické péče a dostupnosti služeb v České republice pro osoby s duševní poruchou vyvozený z údajů Ústavu zdravotnických informací a statistiky a z materiálů zabývající se psychiatrickou péčí a dostupností, které jsou v bakalářské práci zmíněny. The theme of this thesis is "Access to services for people with mental disorder." The present study provides an overview of mental health. It is important to mention factors that influence it. Last but not least, study is focused on the protection of mental health and mental illness and describes the activities of the association that the protection and promotion of the deal. The object of this study is a mental disorder, its possible causes, as well as diagnosis, treatment and negative consequences of diseases. The key part of the thesis is a qualitative and interpretive analysis of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic mainly between the years 1997 to 2009, including statistical data and texts relating to the availability of services for people with mental disorder. The availability of these services, we find through the health care needs in this area. To detect, we chose the factor of consumption of health care. The study also deals with health policy focusing on documents and programs of the mentally ill. In conclusion, it describes the current state of psychiatric care and availability of services in the Czech Republic for persons with mental disorder.
