Problematika institucionální péče o seniory s Alzheimerovou chorobou

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem "Problematika institucionální péče o seniory s Alzheimerovou chorobou" zahrnuje informace týkající se jednotlivých typů demencí, mapuje současnou situaci v České republice a ve světě, charakterizuje základní otázky v oblasti sociální politiky a představuje vybrané metody nefarmakologické léčby. Výzkumná část analyzuje podmínky života seniorů trpících Alzheimerovou chorobou, kteří žijí v různých typech ústavních zařízení. Zaměřuje se také na rodinné příslušníky. K ucelenému pohledu na dané téma přispívají názory odborníků z daných institucí. Cílem práce je stručně charakterizovat a porovnat systém péče v jednotlivých ústavních zařízeních a pomocí statistických informací poukázat na aktuálnost tématu.

Thesis entitled "The issue of institutional care for the elderly with Alzheimer's disease" includes information about different types of dementia, charts the current situation in the Czech Republic and in the world, characterized fundamental questions of social policy and presents some methods of non-pharmacological treatment. The research analyzes the conditions of life of seniors with Alzheimer's disease who live in different types of institutions. It also focuses on family members. For compact view on the topic contribute opinions of experts from relevant institutions. Aim of this study is to describe and compare the system of care in individual and institutional facilities using statistical information to point to the timeliness issue.
