Romana Lavičková Název bakalářské práce: Přehled hodnotících škál u pacientů po CMP a jejich využití ve fyzioterapii Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Práci tvoří hrubý přehled hodnotících škál využívaných ve fyzioterapii u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky o vzniku, dělení a klinickém obraze cévní mozkové příhody, potom také kapitolu o fyzioterapeutických metodách využívaných u těchto pacientů. Poslední část teorie tvoří jednotlivé testy a poznatky o nich. Praktická část je zaměřena na 5 vybraných testů, které jsou aplikovány v praxi při vyšetření na 3 pacientech. Tyto testy jsou: Modified Rankin Scale, The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, Fugl-Meyer Assessment pro dolní končetinu, Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement a Stroke Impact Scale. Výsledky jsou zpracovány formou kazuistik. Romana Lavičková Title: Overview and use of rating scales in patients after stroke in physiotherapy Abstract: The work consists of a rough overview of rating scales used in physiotherapy in patients after stroke. The theoretical part contains information about the formation, classification and clinical picture of stroke, then a chapter about physiotherapy methods used in these patients. The last part consists of individual tests and knowledge about them. The practical part is focused on five selected tests that are applied in the examination of the 3 patients. These tests are: Modified Rankin Scale, The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, Fugl-Meyer Assessment of lower extremity, Stroke Rehabilitation Assessment of Movement and Stroke Impact Scale.
