Nefinanční motivace pedagogických pracovníků v mateřské škole

Abstract

Závěrečná práce se zabývá nefinanční motivací pedagogických pracovníků v prostředí mateřské školy. Zmiňuje některé původní motivační teorie a zabývá se volbou motivace pro různé typy osobností pedagogických zaměstnanců. Práce se také zabývá aktuálním pohledem na základní pravidla motivace a možností jejich využití. Analyzuje možnosti různých typů nefinanční motivace a jejich používání managementem školy při vedení lidí. Zabývá se nejvíce používanými a nejefektivnějšími metodami z pohledu ředitelů a srovnává je s pohledem pedagogických pracovníků. Nabízí přehled možností nefinanční motivace podle toho jak jsou nejvíce využívány řediteli škol a které se jeví jako nejefektivnější.

The final thesis deals with a non-financial motivation of teachers in the kindergarten environment. It mentions some of the original motivation theories and deals with the choice of motivation for various types of teachers' personalities. The thesis also deals with the current view of the basic rules of motivation and the possibility of their use. It analyzes the capabilities of different types of non-financial motivation and their use by the school management in the people's leadership. It deals with the most used and the most effective methods in terms of directors' view and compares them with the view of teachers. It provides an overview of possibilities of non-financial motivation depending on how they are used the most by school principals and which appear to be the most effective.
