Užívání pervitinu u klientů navštěvujících kontaktní centra v Praze.

Abstract

CÍLE: Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je podrobně popsat vzorce užívání pervitinu u klientů navštěvujících nízkoprahová kontaktní centra v Praze. SOUBOR: Výzkumný soubor tvořilo 58 klientů ze tří pražských kontaktních center (Sananim o.s., Progressive o.s. a Drop In o.p.s.). Hlavními kritérii pro vstup do výzkumu bylo to, že klient navštívil dané kontaktní centrum v době mého šetření a uvedl na základě svého subjektivního posouzení jako svou hlavní drogu v posledním roce pervitin. Dále museli všichni klienti splňovat kritéria pro problémové užívání drog podle definice EMCDDA. Respondenti, kteří tato kritéria nesplňovali, byli následně z výzkumu vyloučeni. METODY: Pro realizaci výzkumu byl použit anonymní strukturovaný dotazník, který byl vytvořen čistě pro účely tohoto šetření. Výsledky byly zpracovány deskriptivní statistikou. VÝSLEDKY A ZÁVĚR: Bylo zjištěno, že většina problémových uživatelů pervitinu, kteří navštěvují kontakní centra v Praze užívá svou drogu pravidelně a většinou vícekrát v týdnu (tedy denně nebo téměř denně). Jejich konzumace pervitinu nezávisí na dni v týdnu ani denní době a průměrné množství pervitinu, které si aplikují v jedné dávce, se pohybuje kolem 0,29 gramu. AIMS: The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to describe drug-using related behavior patterns of clients of low-treshold facilities in Prague. The thesis is particularly focused on the methamphetamine users. SAMPLE GROUP: The sample group included 58 clients of three Prague contact centers (Sananim, Progressive and Drop-In). The main criteria of inclusion in the sample were the following: the subject visited at least one of the three contact centers in the period during which the study was conducted and they described themselves as mostly-methamphetamine users. Furthermore, clients who did not meet the EMCDDA definition of problem drug use were excluded. METHODS: Anonymous structured questionnaire was used in the survey. The questionnaire was designed solely for the purpose of this survey and the resulting dataset was analyzed by the means of descriptive statistics. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: According to our results, most of problem methamphetamine users, who visit contact centers in Prague, use the drug regularly several times a week. The amount of the drug consumed by a typical problem methamphetamine user seems to be independent of the day of the week and time of the day.
