Above mentioned topic is explained from general point of view but the thesis especially aims on acquisition of real property by foreigners and its theoretical aspects from the international private law point of view also. dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany vlastnického práva k nemovitostem ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie. Kromě obecného rámce této problematiky se zaměřuje především na otázku nabývání nemovitostí zahraničním subjektem práv a jeho teoretickými aspekty z pohledu mezinárodního práva soukromého.
