| dc.description.abstract | Úhradová vyhláška a DRG mechanismus a jejich vliv na akutní lůžkovou péči Abstrakt Práce je zaměřena na české mechanismy úhrad zdravotní péče a jejich vliv na objem poskytované péče. V rámci práce jsou představeny základní předpisy, kterými se řídí úhrada zdravotní péče a následně formalizovány a je testován jejich vliv na objem poskytnuté péče. The main Czech reimbursement legal documents are presented and formalized and their influence on volume of provided care tested.
