Spokojenost s domácí zdravotní péčí

Abstract

Práce, jejímž hlavním cílem je zkoumat spokojenost pacientů s poskytovanou domácí zdravotní péčí, je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je uveden historický vývoj, formy poskytování a právní rámec domácí zdravotní péče, která je začleněna do širšího kontextu demografického vývoje ve společnosti, zejména stárnutí populace a ekonomických podmínek poskytování zdravotní péče. V této části je zmíněno i postavení domácí zdravotní péče v České republice z hlediska platné legislativy. Uživatelé této služby jsou představeni, pozornost je věnována i osobě terénní zdravotní sestry, jejíž práce je vymezena a podrobně popsána. Pro zjištění spokojenosti pacientů je klíčovým pojmem kvalita zdravotní péče, která je analyzována v souvislosti s jednotlivými modely spokojenosti pacientů, které jsou již určující pro praktickou část diplomové práce. Praktická část je zahájena metodologií výzkumu, kterou tvoří výběr vzorku a technika zkoumání a zpracování dat. Poté následuje samotný výzkum spokojenosti pacientů domácí péče. Z rozhovorů, které proběhly s 19 pacienty domácí péče, uvádím nejdůležitější myšlenky z našich setkání. My main goal is to assess the satisfaction of home care patients with provided home care. It is divided in two parts, one theoretical and one practical. In the theoretical part the historical evolution, the modes of providing home care and the legal framework are discussed as related to the broader context of the demographical development in the society, in particular the ageing of the population and the economic conditions for providing health care. The position of home care in the Czech Republic is analyzed in detail in view of the legislation in force. The users of home care are introduced, some attention is devoted as well to field nurses whose work is defined and described in detail. The key feature to determine the satisfaction of patients is the term quality of health care and it is analyzed in connection with the different models of satisfaction as they provide the defining part of the practical part of my work aimed at the survey of the satisfaction homecare patients itself. The methodology of the survey composed of the sampling and the explanation about the assessment technique is included in this part.
