Hodnotová orientace v životě a v práci všeobecných sester

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem "Hodnotová orientace v životě a v práci všeobecných sester" je zaměřena na průzkum v oblasti hodnot všeobecných sester pracujících ve Fakultní nemocnici v Motole. Teoretická část práce se zabývá stručným nástinem životních hodnot, problematikou hodnotové orientace obecně i charakteristikou jednotlivých skupin hodnot. V empirické části práce byla sbírána data pomocí dotazníkového šetření. V dotazníku jsou obsaženy otázky týkající se řešené problematiky a dále zjišťovány preference vybraných životních hodnot ve vztahu k věku, délce praxe a vzdělání všeobecných sester.

Bachelor thesis titled "The Value Orientation in the life and work of nurses" is focused on exploration in the values of nurses working at the University Hospital Motol. The theoretical part of the paper gives a brief outline of the life values, issues of general value orientation and characteristics of individual groups of values. In the empirical part data were collected through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire contained questions relating to the issue or determining the preference of selected environmental values in relation to age, length of practice and education of nurses.
