Manželská věrnost v obtížných situacích. Teologicko-etická reflexe limitů manželského slibu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem manželské věrnosti v obtížných životních situacích a teologicko-etickou reflexí případných limitů manželského slibu. Mapuje stav současného bádání v této oblasti a rozvažuje nad osobními etickými konflikty v oblasti manželské věrnosti, ve kterých se mohou manželé v krizových situacích ocitnout. Nejprve je věnována pozornost významu slibu a jeho dodržování zejména v souvislosti s lidskými hodnotami manželství, tedy s láskou, úctou, věrností, jednotou a nerozlučitelností. Poté se vzhledem k současné krizi manželství zabývá obtížnými situacemi s problematickým chováním v manželství. Dále práce pokračuje úvahami nad mravními nároky na manželskou věrnost a jejími případnými limity v těchto složitých stavech. V kontextu naší doby nabízí hodnocení ze stanoviska etiky a morálky a jejich teologicko-etickou reflexi.

Marital fidelity in difficult situations. Theological and ethical reflection of limits of marital promise. This Bachelor thesis overs the topic of marital fidelity in the context of difficult life situations and offers a theological-ethical argument of potential limitations of marriage vows. It maps out the current status of research in this area and considers the personal ethical conflicts related to marital fidelity which married couples may face in critical situations.Initial attention is given to the significance of the marriage vows and their observance in relation to the human values of marriage: love, respect, faithfulness, unity and indissolubility. This work continues by addressing difficult situations involving problematic behavior in marriage, in light of the current marital crisis in society today. It goes on to consider the moral demands of marital fidelity and their potential limitations in complex situations. This Bachelor thesisoffers an evaluation from an ethical and moral perspective and a theological-ethical reflection of that perspective, all in the context of today's world.
