Abstract

Název bakalářské práce: Vliv kinesio tapu v oblasti kolenního kloubu na lokomoční aktivitu u pacientů po CMP Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato práce je zaměřena na hodnocení vlivu kinesio tapu na lokomoční aktivitu pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Cílem je porovnat kvalitu stereotypu chůze u těchto pacientů před a po aplikaci kinesio tapu v oblasti kolenního kloubu. V teoretické části jsou zahrnuty podrobné informace o kinesio tapu, jeho vlastnostech, účincích na lidský organismus a možnostech využití v praxi. Problematika cévní mozkové příhody je nastíněna pouze okrajově, především je popsán klinický obraz pacientů s tímto onemocněním. Patologie chůze těchto pacientů je podrobněji popsána v následující kapitole, která se věnuje chůzi, její neurofyziologii a kineziologii. Následující část je věnována anatomii kolenního kloubu a opět je zde popsána problematika v této oblasti u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Praktická část využívá poznatků z části teoretické. Obsahuje tři kazuistiky pacientů, kterým byl aplikován kinesio tape ze zadní strany kolenního kloubu, v podkolenní jamce, a na ventrální straně stehna, přes m. vastus lateralis. Title: The effect of kinesio tape on the area of knee on locomotor activity in patients after stroke Abstract: This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluating the effect of kinesio tape on locomotor activity in patients after stroke. The purpose of this thesis is to compare quality of stereotype of the gait of this patients before and after application of kinesio tape on the area of the knee joint. The theoretical part includes detailed information on kinesio tape, its characteristics, its effects on the human body and how to use it in practice. The issue of stroke is outlined only marginally, mainly describes the clinical picture of patients with this disease. The pathologic gait of these patients is more discussed in more datail in the next charter, which deals with walking, its kinesiology and its neurophysiology. The following section deals with the anatomy of the knee joint and again is described the problem in this area of patients after stroke. The practical part is used the knowledge of the theoretical part. It contains three case reports of three patients, who had kinesio tape applied to the posterior side of knee joint, popliteal fossa and the ventral side of the thigh, over m. vastus lateralis.
