Jaký je rozdíl mezi 1. léčbou a léčbou po relapsu u závislých na alkoholu v ústavní léčbě

Abstract

V teoretické části jsou objasněny některé základní pojmy vztahující se k syndromu závislosti, motivaci k léčbě, recidivě a ego obranných mechanizmů pacienta. Také poukáže na efektivitu léčby závislosti na alkoholu v České Republice. Druhá výzkumná část se skládá ze tří kazuistik. Jsou to jednotlivé výpovědi klientů, na kterých je možné pozorovat jejich subjektivní vnímání rozdílů mezi léčbami v ústavní léčbě. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké jsou rozdíly mezi první léčbou a léčbou po relapsu? Jsou zde vůbec nějaké rozdíly nebo je první i druhá léčba pro pacienty stejná? Výsledky této práce by mohly být užitečné pro širokou veřejnost, studenty adiktologie a pracovníky v ústavní léčbě. Klíčová slova: léčba, závislost, klient, alkohol, motivace, relaps

The theoretical part explain some basic concepts related to drug addiction, motivation for treatment, recurrence and ego defense mechanisms of the patient. Also points to the effectivity of treatment for alcohol addiction in the Czech Republic. The other part consists of three case studies. They are individual statement from clients, on which is possible to observe their subjective perception of differences between treatments in the medical institution. The aim of this work is to determine what are the differences between the first treatment and relapse after treatment? Are there any differences, or is the first and second treatment same for patients? The results of this study could be useful for the general public, students and staff addictology Inpatient.
